I have two distinct fields I love working in - digital art (illustration, animation, game art and design, for which I have my more commercial yuliyaosyka.com ) and fine arts (paintings and inks). And for some time now I was mainly focused on the first one doing game art work full-time and the illustration/ animation part-time freelance. And while it was rewarding emotionally and financially I looked back at all my markers and paints, secretly missed messing with them and felt that I have to make a decision to limit my "computer art use" in favor of the analogue in order for my heart to feel at home.
I am not starting with something big and taking on some great long-term project right now but rather making baby-steps to returning into literally hands-on approaches. Yesterday I finally dedicated an evening to one line drawing exercises to get myself started but not intimidated at the same time.
